Reservation Requirements

A minimum 50% down payment or full payment is required to secure your selected date. A valid payment receipt must be uploaded through our booking system for payment verification and reservation processing.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received and verified by the resort.

Payment Confirmation & Balance Settlement

• For overnight bookings with a remaining balance, payment must be completed by 3:00 PM on the day before your scheduled arrival (24 hours before check-in) to allow sufficient time for payment verification and reservation preparation.
• For same-day bookings, full payment (100%) is required before arrival at the resort.

Unpaid Reservations

Reservations with unpaid balances after the payment deadline will be automatically cancelled by our booking system, and the reserved date may be released for other guests.

Down Payment Policy

The 50% down payment is non-refundable and non-transferable as it secures your selected date and prevents the resort from accepting other bookings for the same period.

Guest Count & Reservation Details

Guests must provide the correct number of occupants when making a reservation. Only the number of guests declared and paid for in the booking will be accommodated upon arrival.

Any changes to the number of guests must be requested in advance and are subject to availability, resort approval, and applicable charges.

To modify an existing reservation, please contact us through our official communication channels.

Overnight Stay

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 12:00 NN

Room access is available starting at 3:00 PM. Early arrival does not guarantee access to the reserved room.

Guests arriving before check-in time may access designated resort areas by booking and fully paying for a Day Tour pass. The reserved room will be available upon check-in at 3:00 PM.

Arrival Requirements

Upon check-in, overnight guests are required to present a valid picture ID and provide a ₱1,000 security deposit.

The security deposit will be refunded upon check-out, subject to room inspection and deduction of any damages, losses, missing items, or additional charges.

• Only fully paid and registered guests may enter.
• No additional guests will be accepted upon arrival.

Late Arrival

The resort gate closes at 7:00 PM. Guests arriving after 7:00 PM must obtain prior approval from the resort.

Extended Stay

Guests must check out by 12:00 NN. Extended stays beyond the check-out time may be subject to additional charges.

Day Tour Schedule

• Day Tour Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Guests must present their booking confirmation upon arrival. Day Tour access is valid only within the designated operating hours.

Guests must exit the resort by 5:00 PM. Only guests arriving at 3:00 PM will be granted a one (1) hour complimentary extension until 6:00 PM.

Any stay beyond the approved extension will incur an additional fee of ₱100 per person per 30 minutes, payable upon check-out.

Registered Guests Only

Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay within the resort. Management reserves the right of admission.

Children Supervision

Guests traveling with children are responsible for supervising them at all times. Children must never be left unattended, especially near stairs, cliffs, and swimming areas.

Respect for Property

Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or breakage caused during their stay, including resort facilities, equipment, kayaks, and other amenities.

Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Muni-Muni Beach Resort is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Cancellation Policy

The 50% down payment is non-refundable and will be forfeited in case of cancellation or no-show.

Cancellations, no-shows, or rebooking requests made less than 7 days before arrival will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

Rebooking Policy

Rebooking may be allowed once, subject to availability and resort approval, if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.

A 20% rebooking fee will apply, along with any applicable rate differences.

Inclement Weather Policy

The resort operates during normal weather conditions. Rain or weather forecasts do not automatically qualify for cancellation or refund.

In cases of severe weather, travel restrictions, or safety concerns requiring resort closure, affected bookings may be rebooked once, subject to availability and resort approval.

Guests who choose not to proceed with their booking while the resort remains open will be subject to the standard cancellation policy.

Noise Policy

Guests are expected to respect other visitors. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

• No karaoke.
• No personal speakers.
• Speakers are allowed only for Full House bookings from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the resort premises. A penalty of ₱10,000 will apply for violations.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed for overnight stays. Day Tour pets may be permitted subject to approval and applicable fees.

Food & Corkage

Outside food and drinks are allowed with a ₱50 per person corkage fee.

• Day Tour guests without cottages may bring ready-to-eat food only.
• Cooking is available only in accommodations with kitchen facilities. Please note that a stove is not included.

Prohibited Items

• Tents and camping setups
• Firearms
• Illegal substances
• Unauthorized activities or events

Cliffside Resort Location

Muni-Muni Beach Resort is a unique cliffside property surrounded by natural limestone formations and the sea. Guests should be aware that the resort has multiple stairs and uneven terrain.

Due to the natural landscape, the resort is not recommended for guests with limited mobility, including some senior guests and persons with disabilities who may have difficulty navigating stairs and pathways.

Guest Safety Responsibility

Guests are responsible for their own safety and must follow all resort safety guidelines during their stay.

• Follow staff instructions at all times.
• Children must always be supervised.
• Swimming outside designated hours is prohibited.
• Swimming is not allowed during unsafe sea conditions.

Swimming Hours

Swimming is allowed from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM only. Guests swimming outside these hours do so at their own risk.

Water Activities

Life vests must be worn when using kayaks and other water activities where safety equipment is provided.

Protected Marine Sanctuary

Muni-Muni Beach Resort is located within a protected marine sanctuary. We encourage all guests to help preserve the natural beauty of our waters.

Strictly Prohibited

• Fishing
• Harvesting seashells
• Taking corals or marine life
• Damaging coral formations
• Littering

Responsible Tourism

Please practice responsible tourism: Take only photos and leave only footprints.

Guests should avoid stepping on coral areas, especially during low tide, as this can permanently damage marine ecosystems.

Please dispose of all waste properly. Guests are responsible for keeping the resort and surrounding environment clean.
