RESERVATION and PAYMENT POLICY

  • Reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis with a minimum payment of 50% of the total booking amount.

Payment Receipt Submission:

  • Email your payment receipt to munimuni.resort@gmail.com to finalize your booking.

  • Failure to provide a payment receipt will result in reservation cancellation.

Full Payment Requirement:

  • FULL PAYMENT is required BEFORE ARRIVAL for smooth check-in. A booking confirmation will be issued upon full payment and must be presented at the gate for entry. Only the number of people paid will be allowed upon entry. Additional people are not allowed on the day of arrival.

On-Site Payment Restriction:

  • On-site staff are not authorized to accept payments for bookings.

CANCELLATION AND REBOOKING POLICY

Cancellation Policy
Standard Reservations:
( Monday- Thursday & Non-Holidays)

  • Less Than 7 Days Before Check-In: No refund.

  • 7–13 Days Before Check-In: 50% refund.

  • 14 Days or More Before Check-In: Full refund minus a 20% cancellation and processing fee

Peak Season Cancellation Policy
( Applies to Fridays-Sundays, Holidays and Special Events)

  • Less Than 15 Days Before Check-In: No refund.

  • Days Before Check-In: 50% refund.

  • 30 Days or More Before Check-In: Full refund minus a 20% processing fee.

2. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

3. No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to arrive without prior notice will forfeit the total booking amount.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days before check-in for standard reservations or 15 days before check-in for peak season bookings.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and will incur a 15% additional charge based on the new booking dates.

5. Force Majeure
In cases of unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters), cancellations or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis with flexibility.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR VISIT

Food and Drinks: 

- Corkage fee for FOOD: ₱50 per person (Foods available on-site)

- Corkage fee for DRINKS: ₱50 per bottle (Drinks are available for purchase inside the resort.)

Thank you for your understanding as we navigate through a management transition.

Navigation: Use Waze or Google Maps and type in "Canibad" as your destination. Muni-Muni is just 1 km past Canibad, right after the spring water. Avoid the shortcut road suggested by navigation apps after passing 'Jardin de Ysabelle - Hobbiton cafe'—it's not usable. Please note, the last kilometer to the resort has a rough road. It's not suitable for lowered cars or motorcycles, so be cautious.

Pets: Not permitted. We appreciate your cooperation to avoid a fine of ₱500 for day tour guests and ₱1,500 for overnight guests.

Kitchen: Only for Cabana, Al Fresco, and Full House guests. To ensure a clean and safe environment, we kindly ask our guests to bring their own kitchen utensils for sanitary purposes. The kitchen is equipped with stove and LPG, grilling area with 1 kilo charcoal, and one water jug (19 L).

Speakers: Speakers can only be used by booking the Full House. Use of speakers is only between 6 PM and 10 PM. Guests are not allowed to bring their own speakers.

Swimming: Swimming hours are from 8 AM to 7 PM.

Drop-off and Parking: Please drop off passengers and belongings at the first gate, and parking is available on the upper level.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

It is the guest’s responsibility to carefully read the entire Rules & Regulations since it is legally valid and will apply without exception to all who stay at Muni-Muni Beach Resort.

1. Registration: Only registered guests will be able to stay at the property and we reserve the right of admission. It is forbidden to organize any type of party or event within the property such as wedding, team building etc. without prior to management’s approval. The guest acknowledges and accepts that their stay will be only for the days stipulated in the reservation.

For Overnight guests:
Check-in is not permitted after 7 PM
. On the day of departure, guests must vacate the property by 12 PM. Any stays beyond this time will be subject to an additional charge based on the current nightly rates by Muni-Muni Beach Resort. Muni-Muni Beach Resort reserves the right to enter the property and collect the guest’s belongings after check-out time to make the room available for the following guests.

Early Check-in:
• Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Early arrivals must book a Day Tour to reserve an area (₱275 Mon–Thu | ₱325 Fri–Sun & Holidays), as we only have limited capacity. Guests arriving early without a Day Tour reservation will be denied entry.
• Only pre-paid, listed guests are allowed. No on-site payments.
• No additional guests upon arrival. Only the booked number will be accommodated.
• Food & Drinks are available in our café. Corkage fee for drinks is ₱50 per bottle.

3. Noise: The guest must at all times maintain respectful and considerate behavior towards other guests and try to keep the volume of their conversations, and music moderate so as not to disturb others. Quiet hours: 10 PM to 6 AM. No loudspeakers or karaoke during day time from 7 AM to 5 PM.

4. Children Supervision: Guests accompanied by minors must watch over them at all times and they should never be left unattended. The guest will be responsible throughout their entire stay for any accident that the minor may suffer within the properties managed by Muni-Muni Beach Resort.

5. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. A penalty of ₱10,000 will be charged for violations.

6. Damage: The guest agrees to leave the property in good condition and will be responsible for any missing or broken items of the resort. They also take responsibility for the actions of all other guests in their reservation. Any damage caused by the guests to objects, kayaks, swimming gears, or general property will be their exclusive responsibility, having to cover the amount of their repair or replacement. The amount to be paid is entirely at the discretion of Muni-Muni Beach Resort. If the paddles and other rental equipment are lost, the cost will be charged to the guest.

7. Release of Liability and Indemnification:

  1. Personal belongings of any value should never be left unattended. Muni-Muni Beach Resort declines all responsibility for the loss or theft of jewelry, money, documents, or other values ​​and items of any kind.

  2. Neither Muni-Muni Beach Resort nor the property owner or any of their representatives will be responsible for any injury, loss, illness, or damage to any guest or guest property.

  3. Neither Muni-Muni Beach Resort nor the owner of the property or any of its representatives will be responsible for any alteration or inconvenience that the client may suffer while occupying the property caused by the actions of neighbors or by unforeseen circumstances.

8. Life vest is available for only free when purchased with kayaks and must be worn at all times when kayaking.

9. Swimming Hours and Self-Responsibility: Swimming in the sea is open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Swimming is strictly prohibited outside these hours. No swimming after 7:00 PM and on rough weather. Guests are responsible for their own safety while in the sea water. The resort is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or mishaps that occur.  

10. Marine Sanctuary:

  1. NO FISHING and HARVESTING OF SEASHELLS.

  2. Take nothing but pictures. DO NOT TAKE ANY CORALS, SHELLS AND ANYTHING UNDER THE SEA.

  3. DO NOT SWIM near the coral garden during low tide, because corals can break when stepped on.

  4. TRASH DISPOSAL. The resort provides plastic bags for your non-biodegradable trash. Everyone is responsible for their own trash. No littering.

11. Lost and Found Belongings: Guests are responsible for their belongings and should promptly report losses to on-site staff or through our contact channels. Our on-site staff will make reasonable efforts to locate lost items, but Muni-Muni Beach Resort is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Found items will be stored and kept for 30 days, and guests are encouraged to retrieve their belongings at the resort.

12. Prohibition of Indecent Activities, Drugs and Controlled Substances, and Illegal Activities:
This policy is enforced with zero tolerance without refunds. Violators will be removed from the resort immediately, and their actions may be reported to local law enforcement. 

  1. Indecent Activities: Any form of indecent behavior, including public nudity, lewd conduct, harassment, or inappropriate actions, is prohibited. 

  2. Drugs and Alcohol: The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs, controlled substances, or any related paraphernalia is strictly prohibited. Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas for guests of legal drinking age. Excessive consumption or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  3. Illegal Activities: Any criminal activity, including theft, vandalism, fraud, or other unlawful behavior, is not allowed. Individuals engaging in illegal activities will be reported to the authorities and may face legal consequences.

13. Prohibition of Firearms: Firearms are not permitted anywhere on the resort grounds. Violators will be required to remove the firearm from the premises or may be asked to leave the resort without refund.

14. Guests are not permitted to bring Aquaflask and tumblers inside the resort. All tumblers must be checked upon check-in. If a guest refuses to comply, resort staff are authorized to inspect the Aquaflask or tumbler.
